It is incredible how plants say “thank you”
They bring colors that brighten my day
They bring food to nourish my family
The gardener visits the plots everyday
To give water, remove insects in a natural way
Coffee grounds, banana peels, organic fertilizer
But most of all planting together plants that grow well together
To help the environment in my own little way.
Wishing everyone a beautiful Sunday and a wonderful week ahead. Thanks for dropping
One of the interesting historical sites to visit in the province of Treviso is this Abbey built in the ‘800, destroyed during the first world war and restored recently. A very enchanting place due to its mystic atmosphere and position overlooking the town of Nervesa della Battaglia and its nearby towns.
The entrance to the Abbey
While I was looking at the ruins…
In a silent pose
But the click of my camera
interrupted a moment of reverie?
Time is sometimes not enough to discover the gifts this life has to offer.
Wishing everyone a wonderful week ahead. Thank you for dropping by.
“Convolvolo delle spiagge” – Calystegia soldanella
Beachgrass – “Ammophila arenaria”
This composition reminds me of “Ikebana” – A Japanese way of flower arrangement. But this is beauty, form and balance created by nature. 😊🦋🌈
Lotus creticus L. – “Ginestrino delle spiagge”
Dear friend. Have you ever seen sand grains accumulated forming hills and mounds?
Or, the sight of plants blooming and seashells scattered on mounds formed by sand grains?
The sand, heated by the early morning sun, evoked warm memories of beaches and coconut trees against a blue sky.
The brown sand, the heat of the sun, the early morning breeze
The colors of green, brown, yellow and pink and a pale blue sky
This is reality. AFS
the beach before 8 am…
Have a wonderful week.
Thank you for dropping by.
